• Guests must be 21 years of age to check in
  • Guests must present to Front Desk Representative a photo-ID and valid credit card at check in
  • We are not a pet friendly property, however we do welcome Service Animals
  • We are a 100% nonsmoking facility! A $250 Incident Fee is strictly enforced!
  • Registered Guests are responsible for all members of their party at all times. Any damage to the hotel cause by members of the guests party will also be subject to a damage fee with a minimum charge of $250 per incident.
  • Check In Arrival Time is 3PM
  • Check Out Departure Time is 11AM
  • Early arrivals are taken as a request and not guaranteed
  • Best Flex Rate patrons have until 6PM the day of arrival to cancel without a No-Show Penalty
  • Advanced Deposit or Nonrefundable rates are nonrefundable
  • Breakfast is served daily. From 6:30 AM until 9:30 Monday through Friday and from 7 AM until 10 AM on Saturday and Sunday.
  • The indoor pool and spa area are open from 8:30 AM until 10:30 PM daily
  • The Fitness Center is open from 5 AM until 11 PM daily
  • The Guest Laundry Center is open 24 hours a day

Pool Party Policies


  • Our indoor pool and spa area can be utilized for group parties only by a registered hotel guest
  • Room reservations associated with a group pool party are only available by booking direct with the Guest Services Manager and must be made a minimum of one week in advance
  • There is a $200 pool party group reservation fee that includes your room reservation, is charged upon making reservation and is non-refundable
  • Room reservation will be made with a Non-Refundable Rate and is billed immediately upon setup of reservation
  • Pool parties are limited to Sunday afternoons.

Rules of party:

  • Group pool party participants will have non-exclusive access to the pool and spa area during the designated party time
  • Party participants have exclusive use of the Great Dining Room seating area during the designated party time
  • Decorations may be used, but nothing is permitted to be stapled to walls
  • Outside food may be brought in, but must be cleaned up at the end of the party
  • Trash bags will be provided by the hotel, all party supplies must be cleaned up at end of party
  • If the area of use is not cleaned there will be a cleaning fee of up to $250.00.
  • Parties MUST end at the scheduled time made at booking reservation.

Rules of pool:

  • No glass containers in the pool area/ No alcoholic beverages
  • Adults must be present at all times in pool area when children are swimming as there are no life guards on duty
  • All pool rules listed in pool area must be followed including: No running and No Diving
  • Any damages or incidental violations will subject hotel guest to hotel damage Incident Fee which is a minimum of $250 and will be strictly enforced
